Biography
Gachau Njoroge is a Kenyan competitive bodybuilder and fitness influencer based in Nairobi. Born in Molo in December 1993, he holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Kenya and began his career as an academic writer before transitioning full-time into fitness. He started training in 2014 and has since built one of Kenya's most recognisable fitness presences online. In 2024 he stepped onto the competitive stage at the MMEA Championship, competing in the Heavyweight division. He is married with one child.
