Weekly club rides with Joy Riders Kenya, open to all cyclists from beginners to pros. Two sessions per week: Saturday morning rides from Karen Country Club with multiple pace groups, and Wednesday midweek morning rides for a midweek spin.

Course Details

Routes vary each session. Saturday rides cater for multiple pace groups so no one gets left behind, with chai and chapati stops along the way. Wednesday rides are a shorter, sharper midweek session. All routes start and finish at Karen Country Club.

Getting There

Karen Country Club is on Karen Road in Karen, approximately 20km southwest of Nairobi CBD. Take Ngong Road south toward Karen and turn onto Karen Road. Parking is available at the club. The drive from central Nairobi takes around 30 to 40 minutes.
