Course Details
The course runs within the Tilisi development in Tigoni. Each distance - 5km, 10km, and 21km - has its own mapped route with marked water points, a medical post, and key turns. The 21km is the headline race. The 10km suits regular runners looking to push their pace, and the 5km is open to walkers, joggers, and families. Start times are staggered: 21km at 8:15 AM, 10km at 8:30 AM, and 5km at 9:00 AM.

Getting There
Tilisi is located in Tigoni, Limuru, approximately 30km northwest of Nairobi CBD. The Plus Code for the venue is RJVX+WG2 Nyathuna, Tigoni. Take Waiyaki Way or the Northern Bypass toward Limuru Road and follow signs toward Tigoni. The drive from Nairobi takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic.
