A movement, not just a walk. FIDA-Kenya brings together thousands of Kenyans in solidarity for women's rights, walking for Access, Dignity, and Change. Celebrating 40 years of FIDA Kenya's advocacy for gender equality, legal aid, and dignity for women and girls. Funds raised will complete the FIDA Mediation Center, delivering accessible, inclusive, and technology-enabled justice for women and girls across Kenya.

Course Details

A 6.2km loop starting and finishing at Uhuru Park, expected to take 75-90 minutes within the 8:00 AM-12:00 PM window. The route heads along Ralph Bunche Road, turns south on Milimani Road, west along Processional Way, then north on Nyerere Road back to Uhuru Park. Water stations, 5 color stops, and medical support are placed throughout. Open to all ages, family friendly.

Getting There

Uhuru Park is in Nairobi's CBD, just off Uhuru Highway. On foot from the CBD it's roughly a 24-minute, 1.7km walk via Kenyatta Avenue, described as mostly flat.
