Course Details

The route runs along the Southern Bypass on closed roads. Each of the 6 runners covers approximately 7km in sequence for a total team distance of 42km. Assembly is at Carnivore Grounds from 6am.

Getting There

Carnivore Grounds is on Lang'ata Road in Nairobi, opposite Uhuru Gardens. It is well served by matatus along Lang'ata Road and has ample parking on site. Assembly begins at 6am so plan to arrive early.

7th Edition - 2026

Team 1.59.30 Attempt won the men's category in 2:07:55 at an average pace of 3:01/km. Podium Crasher Ladies claimed the women's title in 2:31:29 at 3:34/km. Hundreds of corporate teams, running clubs, and families participated at Carnivore Grounds.
