The ultimate 40KM relay challenge at Hillpark Hotel, Upper Hill. Gather your squad of 10 and compete for awards while enjoying a fun-filled day packed with nyama choma, swimming, and great vibes. Each team member completes 4km before handing over the baton - teams must include at least 2 women.

Course Details

The relay covers 40km in total, split equally across 10 team members at 4km each. Failure by any member to complete their 4km leg results in team disqualification. Individual runners cover 10km; cycling participants cover 21km. All categories start at 7:00 AM from Hillpark Hotel.

Getting There

Hillpark Hotel is on Lower Hill Road in Upper Hill, approximately 4.6km from Nairobi CBD. From the CBD take Uhuru Highway south, turn onto Bunyala Road, then follow Upper Hill Road to Lower Hill Road. The hotel is well signposted with parking available on site.
