Getting There

Moshi in Tanzania is approximately 340km from Nairobi via the A104 and Namanga border crossing. The drive takes around 5 to 6 hours. The package includes return transport from Nairobi so check pickup details with the organiser.

🌍Mount Kilimanjaro at 5,895m is Africa's highest peak and the world's highest free-standing mountain.

🌍Moshi sits at around 900m at the base of Kilimanjaro, giving the marathon a very different altitude profile from Nairobi-based races.
