Getting There
Meru University's Marimba Campus is approximately 222km from Nairobi's CBD via A2 and the Meru - Nairobi Highway/B6, taking around 4 hr 51 min. The route follows Thika Road/A2 through Githurai, continuing on the Meru - Nairobi Highway/B6 toward Nkubu, before a final ~12.5km stretch to the campus.

Full results from the inaugural Kaptagat Forest Marathon at Kaptarkok Primary School, part of the Kaptagat Integrated Conservation Programme's 10th anniversary celebrations. Stephen Kimutai Kibet and Vivian Jerono won the men's and women's 42km titles, with James Kipkoech, Elius Chebor Kiptoo, Abraham Poghisho and Venenza Chebet also crowned champions in the shorter distances.
