No. The Nairobi Women's Run is open to women and girls only.

Is a t-shirt included?

No t-shirt is provided. The dress code is pink and black - come in your own boldest outfit.

Where do I collect my bib?

Bibs are issued at the venue on race day, Saturday 25th July, between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM. Arrive early to collect before the warm-up and run start.

Which distance should I choose?

The 5km is perfect for beginners and those who prefer a leisurely walk. The 10km and 15km suit recreational runners. The 21km is the half marathon distance for more experienced runners looking for a serious challenge.

Course Details

The event starts and finishes at Radix Hotel in Karen, running from 6:45 AM to 12:00 PM. Four distances - 5km, 10km, 15km, and 21km - cater for all levels. No event t-shirt is provided; participants are encouraged to arrive in pink and black. Bibs are collected at the venue on race day between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM.

Getting There

Radix Hotel is on Langata Road in Karen, approximately 13.5km from Nairobi CBD. Take Uhuru Highway south then follow Langata Road toward Karen - the hotel is on the left off Langata Road. There is parking available on site.
