I already did the May 2026 virtual run - can I still join?

Yes, you're warmly invited to join the in-person event at a discounted entry fee. There's no additional merchandise since the medal and buff are the same as the virtual edition, so bring yours along and come for the trails, the vibes, the group photos, and the mandaas.

Can I participate virtually again instead of coming in person?

Course Details

Three trail distances - 5km, 10km, and 15km - run through Ngong Forest Sanctuary on Ngong Road. The event is both in-person and virtual; those running virtually can complete their chosen distance wherever they are.

Getting There

Ngong Forest Sanctuary is on Ngong Road, approximately 11.5km from Nairobi CBD, around 19 minutes via Ngong Road (avoiding road closures on Kenyatta Avenue). From the CBD, drive along Uhuru Highway/A104, Haile Selassie Avenue, and Ngong Road to reach the forest entrance.
