Course Details

The event starts and finishes at Decathlon, The Hub Karen, running from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Three distances - 5km, 10km, and 15km - cater for all levels, from beginners to more experienced runners. Assembly and bib collection begin at 7:30 AM with the run or walk starting at 8:00 AM.

Getting There

Decathlon at The Hub Karen is on Dagoretti Road, Karen, approximately 15.9km from Nairobi CBD via Ngong Road and Dagoretti Road, around 39 minutes depending on traffic. From the CBD, take Valley Road and Ngong Road to Dagoretti Road, then continue to The Hub Karen.

🌍Early detection through regular breast exams significantly improves survival rates and treatment outcomes for breast cancer.
🌍This is the run's 2nd edition, organised by SupaMamas Kenya under their Women Runs by SupaMamas banner, who also organise the International Women's Day Run and the Nairobi Women's Run.
