Explore the wilderness with intention, run with purpose. The 7th edition of the UltraMARAthon crosses the heart of the Maasai Mara through Mara North and Lemek Conservancy, an entirely charitable event supporting conservation and community development in the region.

Registration is now open, limited to 350 adult spots. Closes 1st November 2026 or once 350 runners have registered, whichever comes first. All entry fees are non-refundable; participants unable to race may transfer their slot to someone else up to 2 weeks before the event on individual terms. All fees subject to a 3.5% surcharge. This is an entirely charitable event, with all profit going toward conservation and community development in the region.

What's Included
Course Details
All adult categories cover the same iconic 50km route across the Maasai Mara; the difference between categories is how many runners share the distance, either solo, as a 2-person relay (25km each), or a 4-person relay (12.5km each). The Kids Fun Run covers a separate 3km route designed for younger runners. Race HQ is at Mara North/Lemek Conservancy.
Getting There
Mara North Conservancy is in Aitong, Narok County, approximately 243km from Nairobi CBD via the B3 and C13, around 5 hours 27 minutes by car including toll roads. From the CBD, take Uhuru Highway onto the Nairobi Expressway (toll road), continue on the A104 through Mai Mahiu and Narok via the B3, then turn onto the C13 toward Aitong and Mara North Conservancy.
