Course Details
The Wings for Life World Run uses a catcher car format. All runners start simultaneously worldwide and a virtual catcher car begins pursuing the field 30 minutes after the start. The catcher gradually increases speed and your result is the distance covered before it catches you. There is no set course or finish line.
Getting There
The Nairobi edition starts at Uhuru Park, centrally located off Uhuru Highway near the CBD. The venue is well served by public transport and easily accessible from most parts of Nairobi.
