Course Details
The 30km ITT starts at Kimuka Primary School near Ngong with 270m of elevation. The route runs on tarmac roads through the Ngong area. A separate 10km family fun ride is open to all ages and abilities. Road bikes are recommended for the ITT.
Getting There
Kimuka is near Ngong, approximately 25km southwest of Nairobi. Take the Ngong Road to Ngong town and continue toward Kimuka. The drive from central Nairobi takes around 30 to 45 minutes.

Kaptagat Cycling Challenge Results 2026: Masika, Larot Win as Visually Impaired Cyclist Claims Para Title
Kendra Masika and Lawrence Larot were crowned elite champions of the fourth Kaptagat Cycling Challenge, each earning Ksh 200,000.
