The out-and-back route covers roughly 40km each way between the Gravel Riders Club HQ in Tena Estate and Corner Baridi, a well-known cyclists' stop near Kiserian and the Ngong Hills Forest Reserve - hence the name, a nod to the cooler air as the road climbs toward the hills. The pace is described as 'feel fine,' making this an accessible group ride for members and newcomers alike rather than a race-pace outing.
