Course Details

The course runs through the Ewaso Kedong Valley on the Ngong–Suswa corridor, a semi-arid landscape of open plains and acacia scrub. The terrain is typical of southern Rift Valley trail runs; dusty tracks, rolling hills, and expansive views. The 38km is a serious undertaking for experienced trail runners while the 11km is accessible for newcomers to trail running.

Getting There

Lomon Restaurant is along the Ngong–Suswa Road, southwest of Nairobi. Free transport is available from the CBD - contact the organiser for the pick-up point and time. Self-drive runners should head out the Ngong Road toward Suswa.
