Course Details

The race consists of 9 workout stations (in Sarit Expo, pictured below) with a 600m run between each, totalling 5.4km of running. The 9 stations are: (1) Row - Singles 1,000m, Doubles 1,800m, Triples 2,400m; (2) Burpee Box Jumps - Singles 50 reps, Doubles 100 reps, Triples 140 reps; (3) Mkokoteni Push - Singles 50m, Doubles 70m, Triples 90m; (4) Sandbag Carry - Singles 200m, Doubles 300m, Triples 400m; (5) Bike - Singles 1,500m, Doubles 2,700m, Triples 3,600m; (6) Sled Pull - Singles 50m, Doubles 70m, Triples 90m; (7) Farmer Carry - Singles 150m, Doubles 250m, Triples 300m; (8) Sandbag Over Object - Singles 40 reps, Doubles 80 reps, Triples 110 reps; (9) Wall Balls - Singles 80 reps, Doubles 150 reps, Triples 200 reps. Mixed Doubles use the male doubles load on Mkokoteni, Sled Pull, Sandbag Carry, and Sandbag Over Object. Triples are same-sex only.

Getting There

Sarit Centre is on Parklands Road in Westlands, at the Sarit Centre Roundabout where Parklands Road meets Ring Road Parklands. From the CBD take Waiyaki Way west, then head north on Ring Road Parklands - Sarit is right at the roundabout on your left. From Parklands Road it's equally straightforward. Well served by matatus along Waiyaki Way, Parklands Road, and Ring Road Parklands. Parking is available on site. Plus Code: PRQ2+GQ Nairobi.
