Course Details

Sessions are held at the Kasarani warm up track every Thursday at 6:00 AM. The format combines speed work and mobility drills. All fitness levels are welcome - no experience required. A KES 200 track access fee is payable at the venue.

Getting There

Kasarani warm up track is adjacent to the Moi International Sports Centre in Kasarani, approximately 12km northeast of Nairobi CBD. Take Thika Road and exit at the Kasarani interchange. The track is well signposted from the main stadium complex.
