Course Details
The event uses the track at Nyayo National Stadium. A standard 400m track, the 5km time trial covers 12.5 laps. The surface is a significant upgrade from road running and allows for accurate pacing. Note that a KES 200 stadium access fee applies on top of the free event entry.
Getting There
Nyayo National Stadium is on Langata Road in south Nairobi, one of the city's most recognisable landmarks. It is well served by matatus along Langata Road and has parking available on site.
