Course Details

The course runs through the Ngong Road Forest Sanctuary on trail terrain. Three distances - 5km, 10km, and 21km - start at 7:00 AM and the event runs until noon. Trail shoes are recommended. The forest sits at approximately 1,700m above sea level with shaded, well-maintained paths.

Getting There

Ngong Road Forest Sanctuary is on Ngong Road, approximately 8km southwest of Nairobi CBD. It is accessible by matatu along Ngong Road and has parking available near the sanctuary entrance. The event runs from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
