How do I register and pay?

Payment must be completed before submitting the registration form. Go to M-Pesa, select Buy Goods and Services, enter Till Number 8434152, pay KES 1,300 (members) or KES 1,900 (guests), then enter the M-Pesa transaction reference code on the Google Form to complete registration. Registrations without a valid M-Pesa code will not be confirmed.

What is the confirmation deadline?

Confirmations are required by Friday 10th July 2026 at 3:00 PM. Registration may close earlier than this if the venue reaches full capacity.

Can I join as a first-timer without being a member?

Yes. Guests are welcome at KES 1,900. The club encourages newcomers to try a run before committing to membership.

How do I become a RunFit Club member?

Full membership costs KES 4,500 total: a KES 2,000 one-time registration fee plus a KES 2,500 quarterly subscription fee. Pay via M-Pesa Till 8434152 (Nina Gecaga) and enter the confirmation code as instructed by the club.

Course Details

The run starts and finishes at Oak Place Hotel & Conference Centre in Ridgeways. Five distances are available (10km, 15km, 21km, 25km, 30km) on a new route through the Ridgeways area. Assembly is from 5:30 AM to 5:50 AM with a 6:00 AM start.

Getting There

Oak Place is on Oak Lane off Ridgeways Road/Garden Estate Road, approximately 10.4km from Nairobi CBD via Kiambu Road. From the CBD, take Murang'a Road and Kiambu Road to Ridgeways Road, then turn onto Garden Estate Road and Oak Lane. The drive takes around 19 minutes depending on traffic.
