Course Details

Start and assembly at The Waterfront Mall, Karen. Three distances offered: 5km, 10km, and 21.1km (half marathon), each with staggered assembly and start times.

Getting There

The Waterfront Mall Karen is off Langata Road, Nairobi. From the CBD, the fastest route (around 30 minutes, 15.8km) follows Valley Road and Ngong Road to Karen Road, avoiding closures on Kenyatta Avenue.

Did You Know?

🌍Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men and is curable if diagnosed early.
🌍Participants can choose a physical run at Waterfront Mall Karen or a virtual run from anywhere.
🌍Bib and t-shirt pickup is available at six locations across Nairobi, including Kenya Science, Gigiri, and Diamond Plaza.
