Course Details

A self-tracked challenge with no single race-day venue - participants log their own progress at their own pace, anywhere, and choose one of four tracks to commit to for all 31 days of August. Track A (Distance) requires 60km of running or walking total across the month, split however you like. Track B (Steps) requires at least 35,000 steps every single week of August, with no weeks skipped. Track C (Training) requires 4 workout sessions every week, every week of the month - gym, court, pitch, or similar. Track D (The Mix) blends elements of the other three tracks into your own combination, maintaining the same level of weekly effort.

Getting There

This is not a race-day event with a start line - it's a month-long self-tracked challenge. At the end of August, finisher's medals are collected from one of two pickup points: New Fitness Nutrition on Koinange Street, Nairobi, or AlphaCross Fitness Center in Nyeri Town. Delivery to another address is also available for an additional rider fee.
