Did You Know?

🌍The Kerio Valley drops over 2,000m from the surrounding Elgeyo Escarpment, creating one of Kenya's most dramatic cycling landscapes.
🌍Iten, where Day 4 starts, sits at 2,400m above sea level and is world-famous as a high-altitude training base for elite distance runners.
🌍Marigat sits in the floor of the Rift Valley at around 900m - the elevation contrast between Iten and Marigat makes Day 4 one of the most scenic descents in Kenyan cycling.
