Course Details

The main route (Bus A) follows the classic Nairobi–Narok road via Ngong, Suswa, and Ntulele - 280km out and back in a single day with over 3,000m of climbing. The difficulty is rated at 80%, making it one of the most demanding one-day rides on the Kenyan calendar. Shorter buses peel off at their respective turnaround points. Riders can join at Shell GPO or at other points along the way. Road bikes are appropriate for all routes.

Getting There

The primary meeting point is Shell GPO in Nairobi CBD. Buses depart in waves from 4:30 AM (Bus A) through to 8:25 AM (Buses E & F). Riders joining at points along the route should coordinate via the registration form.

Did You Know?

🌍The Nairobi–Narok road passes through Ngong Hills, the Rift Valley escarpment, and the open Maasai plains - one of Kenya's most scenic cycling corridors.
