Course Details

The run starts and finishes at The Waterfront Karen. Three distances cater for all levels: 5km for families and beginners, 10km for fitness enthusiasts, and 21km for experienced runners. Arrival is at 6:00 AM with flag-off at 7:00 AM.

Getting There

The Waterfront Karen is in Kuwinda, Langata, approximately 16.2km from Nairobi CBD via Ngong Road (around 34 minutes depending on traffic). From the CBD, take Valley Road onto Ngong Road, continue through to Langata Road, and follow signs to the venue.

🌍This is the 5th edition of the CAMFEB Breastfeeding Run, having grown into the organisation's flagship public advocacy event since its founding.
