Course Details

The course is primarily on closed tarmac roads through Nairobi. The city's altitude of 1,795m means all runners will feel the thin air, particularly in the second half of the longer distances. The route passes through Uhuru Park and surrounding areas.

Getting There

The race starts at Uhuru Park, centrally located near the CBD. Most parts of Nairobi are within 30 to 45 minutes of the start. Public transport is available along Uhuru Highway and the surrounding roads.
